Finally a new Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato

It's one of the joys of spotting. Sometimes, you come across a BMW M, Ferrari, or Lamborghini. Exclusive toys. However, you might also encounter something super exclusive at a hotel. In this case, it's the Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato!

We have to go back to May 2023 to find a sighting of the DBS GT Zagato. That has now changed with this Swiss example in Bielefeld, a small town just over the border from the Netherlands. Only nineteen units of this extremely expensive Aston Martin were built, and with this sighting, we can show you the fifth unique example. Since the car is spotted so rarely, let's go over the most important features.

The DBS GT Zagato is based on the DBS Superleggera and was introduced at the end of 2019. The model is part of the DBZ Centenary Collection. You could buy this collection for 6.7 million euros, which included the DBS GT Zagato and a DB4 GT Zagato. There are 19 DBZ Centenary Collections made. The V12 engine is boosted to 765 hp, and the exterior has also undergone significant changes. This is no surprise when you know that Zagato is responsible for this car. The grille can open and close to look better when stationary and to cool the engine when in motion. Furthermore, we see typical Zagato design tricks such as the round 3D taillights and the Double Bubble Roof.
