Geneva 2014: Bentley Flying Spur V8

Bentley is currently downsizing their models. The mighty W12s are making place for a V8. This should make the Bentley Flying Spur more accessible and also less expensive in running costs, without handing in comfort and driving fun.

The V8 is the same engine as we find in the Continental GT V8. This means that 507 horses are ready under your right foot. The specifications sound quite good. You’ll sprint to 100 kph in 5.2 seconds and the top speed is 295 kph. Not so much slower as it’s more expensive brother with the W12. The differences between the V8 and W12 on the outside of the care aren’t that big but a real spotter will immediately recognize which version they’re dealing with!
