Manhart isn't only known for their brutal creations, we also know them for their engine boosts for not real M-models. A great example is the M235i, which is taken care of by M performance, but still isn't a real M. Manhart took a closer look at the engine and decided that they could do better. A lot better.
The result is 430 hp from the 3.0 liter straight six. A boost of 104 hp, which is quite a lot. They managed to do this by installing a new intercooler, increasing the turbo pressure, adjusting the ECU and of course by installing a sports exhaust. Everybody needs to hear that this bright yellow M235i is far from standard. A nice set of 19 inch wheels need to boost the looks of the car. The result can be named as 'the ultimate M3 killer', although the suspension misses just the finishing touch of the real M-models. This might change in the future by Manhart or a real M2 by BMW.
