Novitec Rosso used a special sort of nickel alloy for the exhaust. The exhausts weighs less than the standard exhaust and is more powerful. The 458 Speciale by Novitec Rosso produces 636 hp and has a top speed of over 330 kph. This material is normally only used in racing.
Other adjustments on the exterior are a horizontal front spoiler out of carbon fiber in the front bumper of the car.
