Look and be amazed as Aston Martin brings the next extremely limited edition to the market: the Valiant. It is not only a visual delight but also a technical advancement of the Valour. Read on to learn the first details:
A few years ago, Aston Martin created a one-off which many consider an absolute masterpiece. It was named after the company's savior and former owner, Victor (from Victor Gauntlett). It was built only once and strongly resembles the Aston Martin Vantage from the 1970s. When Aston Martin then brought a series of 110 pieces of this car to the market for the company's 110th anniversary, Aston Martin fans rejoiced. It was extremely close to the Victor in terms of design. And now, Aston Martin launched a further development of this masterpiece. The advancement bears the name Aston Martin Valiant.
The Valiant is owed to one person alone, the Spanish racing driver Fernando Alonso. He wanted a race-track-ready Valour. He pursued this idea persistently until the Aston Martin engineers gave in and began with the first drafts. Design innovations can be seen, for example, at the front, where, unlike the Valour, the grille consists of only one element instead of several, giving it a more valuable appearance. The biggest design changes, however, are seen at the rear. Above the four immense exhaust pipes, which are all aligned in the middle of the vehicle, the immense ducktail still sits. Additionally, a beautiful, very classic spoiler has been mounted above it. There are also changes to the rear diffuser and a new wheel design.
The noble car is powered by a 745 hp, 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine coupled with a six-speed manual gearbox. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is true driving pleasure on the racetrack. However, the car also has street approval, so you can speed through the streets of London, Monaco, or Paris (we are already looking forward to these spots).
Only a few of these noble cars will be built. Just 38 units will leave the factory gates. In fact, regular customers will not be able to buy such a car, as Aston Martin has selected the customers themselves. The price of this rare piece is still unknown.
