At the moment, we are being flooded with new vehicles, which is actually normal for this time of year. However, within one week, three very exciting cars have been introduced that we are very eager to see on autogespot in the future. The first of the three is the Bugatti Tourbillon, the most popular of the three, followed by the Aston Martin Valiant, the rarest of the three, and now the Bentley Continental GT, which we will see the most here. Read on to learn more about the brand-new Continental GT.

With many exclusive brands, it is now known that special editions announce the design of future vehicles. This has long been the case with Lamborghini. For example, the Reventon had very similar features to the following Aventador, and the Centenario and the Sian had features of the new Lamborghini Revuelto. Brands like Bugatti or Aston Martin also use such tactics. But Bentley does too. A few years ago, Bentley offered extremely exclusive cars like the Bentley Bacalar or the Batur, where it was known that the following "normal" Bentleys would look the same. And these were not empty promises. In terms of design, the new Continental GT looks remarkably similar to those million-dollar special editions.

While the last generation Continental GT had four headlights, the new one now only has two (one on each side). And these carry the same design language as the Bacalar. They are still round but have a special LED strip through them. The taillights have also changed accordingly. Just like in the special editions, they are now narrow slits, similar to the predecessor but even more extreme.
Technically, the new Continental is unfortunately no longer available with the V12, but only with a V8 and a hybrid drive. But Bentley announced this years ago, as they, "for the sake of the environment," no longer want to sell such large engines. According to Bentley, the brand will even transform into a completely electric brand. Let's hope it never comes to that…
By the way, the 4.0-liter V8 engine delivers 782 hp and 1,000 Nm. Additionally, there is an electric motor that also provides another 190 hp, accelerating the vehicle from 0-100 in 3.1 seconds, which doesn't sound bad at all. If someone wants to drive purely electrically, they can do so for 81 kilometers (50 miles).
