It is no longer a secret that this Bugatti belongs to the Perridon family. The successful Rotterdam entrepreneur has been back in the Netherlands for some time now after a stint in Dubai. We are, of course, very happy about this as it means the number of Bugattis in the Netherlands continues to grow steadily. The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ is the latest addition. It is also quite special since Bugatti only built thirty of them! With the Chiron Super Sport 300+, Bugatti paid tribute to the fastest street car in the world. On August 2, 2019, a speed of 490.49 km/h was recorded. This is also reflected in the photos in this Spot of the Day. On the door sill, we see the signature of Andy Wallace, Bugatti's test driver, the speed, and the date. The 1,600 hp powerhouse achieved this on Volkswagen's own test track, Ehra-Lessien. Customers who bought this car were also allowed to attempt this on the track. Whether many customers, including Perridon, have done this is not known!
